One colleague. Your whole team.

Meet Vitto. The AI colleague your whole team shares.

Vitto knows you, remembers your work, works with your team.

Most AI tools hand you a chat window and wish you luck. Vitto lives where your team already works. It reads your Spaces, keeps a memory you can open and correct, runs the apps you switch on, and asks before it does anything you'd want to approve. What you told it last month is still there.

Free to start. No card, no install.

What it is

A colleague, and the place you work with them

Your company gets an Org. Each project gets a Space. Vitto is in every one of them, reading the same files as you and picking the conversation up where it stopped.

  • It remembers

What you told it last month is still there. Vitto keeps a memory of your work and a dossier about how you like to work. You can read both. Fix them or delete them.

    Memory · Dossier · Search

  • It does the work

Vitto runs code, opens files, keeps schedules, uses the tools you already use. Then it shows you what it did.

    Files · Schedules · Skills · Connections

  • It asks first

Anything sensitive stops and waits for a person. Permissions are deny by default, and every decision is written down, so you can always answer "who allowed this?".

    Approvals · Policies · Activity

How it works

Six screens of the real thing

These are the product’s own screens, painted from demo data. No mockups: the same UI you get after you start your Org.

  1. Your Org, your Workspaces, your Spaces

One sign-in makes your Org. Give every team or client its own Workspace. Inside, Spaces are where the work happens, and Home is yours alone. Belong to more than one Org? Switch in a click.

The Spaces rail and the context strip open: an Org switcher with two Orgs, the Workspace picker, and the Spaces page listing Home and two projects.
  2. Vitto paints its work on the Wall, live

As it works, your colleague paints the Space’s Wall: checklists, notes, status, the numbers that matter, the files it made. Every card is born from an event in the record. It shows up the moment it happens.

The Atlas Space page: three people, the Wall tab with a checklist, a note, a status, two metrics and a chart Vitto produced, and the Space’s own conversation beside it.
  3. Every artifact comes with a birth certificate

An image or a file Vitto produces lands on the Wall with the exact event it was born from. Read it. Rewind to it. Media and Artifacts collect them for the whole Space, and an HTML page you publish yourself runs sandboxed, with a link to share.

One artifact card, close up: a chart with its “born at event” line.
  4. Work with the people you actually work with

Coworkers, clients, your family: whoever you invite by magic link. Message each other directly, @mention people or Vitto in a Space, see what's unread. Vitto speaks on every message or only when tagged. Your call, per conversation.

A project Space: two coworkers talking, Vitto answering with what it found, and a Direct message waiting in the sidebar.
  5. Apps you switch on, with the blast radius in writing

Every app on the Shelf says what it sees, what it does and what it costs before you turn it on, and what removing it stops. Pulse, Citas, Cloud Machine: curated, built by the platform, one switch each.

The Shelf: three apps, each with what it sees, does and costs.
  6. Vitto works inside them

Inside Citas, Vitto books and cancels real appointments as entries in the record. Inside Cloud Machine it rents and runs a real Linux box, billed while held. Inside Pulse it reads your catalog and analytics today. Writing there isn't shipped yet.

The Citas app page: three bookings Vitto made, each a real entry.

Talk

Team chat, with a colleague in it

Spaces, direct messages, mentions, files. Everything a team chat does, plus one member who reads all of it and does the work.

  • Spaces and direct messages

A Space per project or team, and a direct line when it's just the two of you. Vitto is a member of the Space. It follows the thread; you don't have to summon it.

    Spaces · Direct messages

  • Mentions, unread, notifications

@ a teammate or @ Vitto. Unread counts and "@ you" work across every screen you have open, and a message you edit or delete changes everywhere at once. Deleted means gone.

    Mentions · Unread · Notifications

  • Files, media and documents in the thread

Drop a PDF, an image, a screenshot. It opens right there, in a viewer or a lightbox, and Vitto can read it too. The file is part of the conversation, not an attachment to it.

Files · Media · PDF viewer

  • Telegram, with a voice

Talk to Vitto from Telegram and it answers there. In text, or with a voice reply in the same thread. WhatsApp is built into the backend and on its way to the panel.

    Telegram bot · Voice replies

  • Vitto on your own site

Embed the conversation in a page you already run. Your visitors get the colleague. Your Org keeps the permissions and the record.

    Embed

  • One click to join

Invite by email. The link signs the person in and lands them in the Space you chose. No password to make, so there's no password to lose.

Features

Built for working together

Collaboration is the point. Vitto isn't a private assistant you keep in a tab. It works in the open, with your whole team.

  • Spaces your team and Vitto share

Conversations live in Spaces, not in someone's private history. Mention a teammate or mention Vitto. Unread and "@ you" work the way you expect.

    Org · Workspace · Space · Home

  • Vitto Live

Watch it work. Vitto Live is the running feed of what your colleague is doing right now: the thought, the step, the tool it reached for. No spinner, no wall of text at the end.

    Vitto Live

  • Made on the spot, with a receipt

Ask for a chart or a file and Vitto makes it there in the Space. It lands on the Wall with the exact event it was born from, and the next person can open it. Publish an HTML page of your own and it runs sandboxed, with a link.

    Wall · Artifacts

  • It reaches your machines

Connect a laptop or a server and Vitto can work there too, under the same permissions and the same record as everything else.

    Machines · Connections

Security

Your machine, your rules

An AI colleague earns trust three ways: you can see what it did, you can stop what it's about to do, and you decide where it runs. All three are built in.

  • Deny by default

Every action Vitto takes is checked against your policies first. A capability it wasn't given is a capability it can't use. There's no "off" switch to forget.

    Policies

  • It asks before it acts

Anything sensitive stops and waits for a person. Approve it or change it. Or say no. The work resumes from exactly where it paused.

    Approvals

  • Everything on the record

Every thought, action, permission and memory is one append-only entry. Read the activity, answer "who allowed this?", or rewind a conversation to any earlier moment.

    Activity · Rewind

  • Sandboxed, always

Code runs in a hardened sandbox with no network unless you grant it. Third-party tools get a sandbox of their own. Nothing runs in your browser.

    Sandboxed code · Isolated tools

  • Budgets that pause

Set a cap per turn. When Vitto reaches it, the work suspends with its state intact and resumes when you say so. No silent overrun. No lost progress.

    Budgets

  • Devices you grant by hand

A new desktop is paired with a short code you type yourself, never with a link you click. And you decide who is allowed to reach you at all.

    Devices · Reach policy

Where it runs is your call

Models

Any model. Your call.

Vitto isn't married to a model vendor. Plug in the one you trust, the one you already pay for, or one running on your own hardware. Change your mind later without changing anything else.

  • Cloud or local, same colleague

Anthropic, Google, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Or a runtime on your own machine (Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM) with no API key at all. Vitto is the same either way.

    Settings · Models

  • Route by what matters

Presets managed by your operator, and a route per tier: cost, quality, latency, or the default. The cheap model takes the cheap work. The strong one takes the hard part.

    Model presets · Routing

  • A cap you set

A budget per turn, enforced before the spend rather than reported after it. Reaching it pauses the work with its state intact.

    Budgets

Platform

An operating system for AI colleagues

Underneath the chat there's a platform: one diary that everything derives from, packs that extend it, apps you switch on, and the tools your team already uses. All under the same rules.

  • One diary, every screen

Thoughts, actions, permissions, memories: one append-only log is the only truth. Every view is computed from it, which is why any moment can be replayed exactly.

    Event log · Rewind

  • Packs

Capabilities ship as packs (the desktop machine, the dossier, the conscience that powers Vitto Live) with a dependency direction the build itself enforces. Add one, and nothing else has to know.

    Packs

  • Apps you switch on

A curated set of apps a workspace can turn on, each one telling you what it sees, does and costs before you say yes. Inside them Vitto works for real: bookings in Citas, a rented Linux box in Cloud Machine.

Apps · Citas · Cloud Machine

  • Studio: build apps together

Coming. Compose an app as data, from a signed catalog of elements rather than code you have to trust. Preview it, theme it, publish it with Vitto in the dock. Your team and Vitto, building the same app.

Coming · The builder shell is live; the generative builder is on its way

  • Your tools, sandboxed

Connect the tools your team already runs. Third-party servers get a sandbox of their own, and skills, schedules and goals give Vitto the routine work without the babysitting.

    Connections · Skills · Schedules · Goals

  • It knows you

A memory you can read and correct, a dossier about how you like to work, search across everything. And a soul: the persona your Org shapes over time.

    Memory · Dossier · Search · Soul

  • Wherever you are

The same Vitto on your phone, your desktop, in a Chrome side panel next to any site, and inside VS Code. Native shells paint the live product, so nothing is a lesser copy.

Why we are different

A colleague you can audit, correct and rewind

Most AI tools are a black box with a text field. Vitto is built the other way round. Everything it thinks, does, is allowed to do and remembers is written into one append-only diary, and every screen you see is derived from it. Yes, every one.

  • Nothing happens off the record

One append-only log is the only source of truth. That's what makes the history replayable instead of merely visible: you can go back and see the state Vitto was in.

  • Permissions are the product

Deny by default. A capability Vitto doesn't have is a capability it can't use, and anything that needs a person stops and waits rather than guessing.

  • It grows with your team

Vitto learns your Org: its people, its Spaces, its habits, its vocabulary. The longer it works with you, the less you have to explain.

Vitto brings together Spaces, Vitto Live, Memory, Dossier, Search, Soul, Apps, Approvals, Policies, Activity, Schedules, Goals, Skills, Connections, Machines.

Start a conversation with Vitto

Open a Space. Bring one teammate. Then ask Vitto for something you'd normally have to explain twice, and see what a colleague who remembers feels like.
